No Returns, Eligible for Exchange Only

Perishable goods are exempt from being returned. 
Please be advised that Grace Marie Cookies is a Home-made, connoisseur cookie product and provides all-natural, preservative-free ingredients.  Due to the exquisite nature of our product offer, we do not accept refunds and only under extraordinary circumstances will we provide an exchange.

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, tracking registered as delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you need an exchange, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unopened, in the original packaging and received under extraordinary circumstances.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, photograph, an image, of your issue concerning our cookies and a statement.
Please do not send your purchase back.  Grace Marie Cookies will do everything in our control to provide you an exchange.

Under no circumstances will a full refund be provided, exchange only.  Exchange means that a new batch of the same cookie type will be provided.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gracemariecookies@gmail.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift exchange for the value of your exchange. The same No Returns, Eligible for Exchange Only applies.

Shipping
Grace Marie Cookies will pay shipping costs for exchanging your cookies.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
